I'm 24. I use 50 pounds dumbbells 10 reps 10 sets.. will i get good results if i do this everyday? What are you suggestions? and please share some effective mass gaining exercises. Thanks alot...

It all depends on form. If you're looking for growth, I suggest drop sets. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drop_sets
Keep on changing it up. The muscle needs a new stimulus every few weeks. Hope that helps
