I was just curious as to what bad health consequences a Preworkout Supplement, such as Cellucor C4, would have on my health? It contains things like Creatine and Caffeine among other things, but it seems to have a lot of vitamins also. It's confusing. People say my muscle will become flab once I am to stop taking it. I am wondering what truth there is to this. Any other information?

Anyone here know about Ashitaba? It is a medicinal plant and is also known as "Tomorrow's Leaf." We used to have a pot of this in our backyard and I used to chew a few leaves daily. It doesn't taste bad at all. I sprinkled some salt on the leaves before I ate them. I'm not sure if it boosted my immune system, but during those times I rarely got sick.
