That's a great height and weight for a woman and at a 17.5% body fat you're in the "athlete" category. It's very healthy. If you're a woman, anything under 30% is quite normal. People talking about 6% body fat are typically men in competitions. The Human body isn't meant to stay in a lean mode. We are pre-programmed and designed to store body fat for famine times (which only seems to happen now in poor underdeveloped countries). If you feel great when you look in the mirror, then it's perfect.
